We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Byrnhill Grove in Ventnor. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with intimate personal care when required.
- Ensure the safety and security of residents, following health and safety requirements and carrying out care plans and risk assessments.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive care service, promoting a positive and inclusive environment for residents.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best possible care and support.
