BNY Mellon is seeking a skilled Marketing Lead to drive growth and success in Pershing EMEA & LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that advance our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities• Lead and drive a client-focused culture and mind-set to deepen client relationships and advance new client and prospect opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to create client-centric cross-sell and engagement strategies, optimizing products, channels, and budgets.
• Provide strategic guidance and create compelling vision for the function. Work with the team to create dynamic new product messaging, marketing materials, communications, and sales tools.
• Responsible for the financial resources of the area, ensuring adherence to budget and management of expenses.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with senior business stakeholders and external partners to align activities to key strategic objectives and disseminate firm-level messages across teams.
• Develop strategic marketing plans, supporting the business goals and contribute to sales pipeline from campaigns on an annual basis through marketing-generated leads.
• Work collaboratively across internal marketing teams – marketing operations, brand & design, digital marketing, corporate communications, and more.
• Other marketing/communications/project management duties as assigned.
