Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrator to join our team at jobs24. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely receipt of routine information from clients for processing by fee earners.
  • Organize document flow, including paper and electronic records.
  • Liaise with clients via email and phone to gather information and resolve queries.
  • Collaborate with our IT support provider to maintain efficient IT systems.
  • Produce clear and concise reports and communications using Word and Excel.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational, communicative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to write professional business letters and emails, and communicate effectively on the phone.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a financial environment.
Working Arrangements:

We are offering 30 hours per week, split over four or five days, with a salary of £20,000. The successful candidate will be required to work in our office in Wimborne, Dorset.
