Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources and Operations to join our HR team. This role will lead and support a junior HR team in designing and executing new policies, with accountability for head office functions and employee relations within this division.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead on complex ER cases, utilizing data metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute operational plans, ensuring seamless execution across teams.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of retail head office functions, roles, and dynamics to drive effective solutions.

Requirements


To be successful, you should have:



  • A proven track record in HR leadership, with expertise in employee relations and operational management.
  • Experience in a retail or hospitality background, with a deep understanding of the industry's lifecycle and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset, with a focus on driving business outcomes and continuous improvement.
