Field Sales Professional

At Network Talent, we are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to expand our client base across London and the surrounding areas.
This is a new business-focused role, ideal for individuals looking to move into B2B sales or those with a previous sales background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the designated territory
- Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs and long-term business plans through regular face-to-face meetings
- Manage the full sales cycle with clients
- Manage won accounts for the initial 12-month period after deal closure
- Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure continued success
- Proactively manage your diary for success
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B field sales experience is essential; candidates from a wide range of product sales would be considered
- Degree-level education
- Commutable to Watford twice per week
- Full UK driving license
Package:
- Basic salary: £40,000-45,000
- OTE: +£15,000-20,000
- Car allowance options
- Pension options
- Healthcare options
- 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Monday to Friday position
This is a hybrid position with a combination of office-based working and meeting with clients in-person.
