Job Title: Area Sales Manager

At Network Talent, we are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to expand our client base across London and the surrounding areas.



This is a new business-focused role, ideal for individuals looking to move into B2B sales or those with a previous sales background.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the designated territory
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs and long-term business plans through regular face-to-face meetings
  • Manage the full sales cycle with clients
  • Manage won accounts for the initial 12-month period after deal closure
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure continued success
  • Proactively manage your diary for success


Requirements:


  • 2+ years of B2B field sales experience is essential; candidates from a wide range of product sales would be considered
  • Degree-level education
  • Commutable to Watford twice per week
  • Full UK driving license


Package:


  • Basic salary: £40,000-45,000
  • OTE: +£15,000-20,000
  • Car allowance options
  • Pension options
  • Healthcare options
  • 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Monday to Friday position


This is a hybrid position with a combination of office-based working and meeting with clients in-person.
