Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Test Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing strategies and tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and automation, with experience in Agile methodologies and automation frameworks such as Selenium and Webdriver. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated testing strategies and tools.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Webdriver.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing.
  • Identify and report defects and issues.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing frameworks and tools.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong background in software testing and automation.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium and Webdriver.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • C#.net and Object-Oriented Programming and Design.
  • Strong T-SQL Skills and Experience of SSIS.
  • Familiarisation with unit testing.
  • Database Unit Testing knowledge.
  • JavaScript testing frameworks.
