Salary and Benefits:
This SEND Teaching Assistant role offers a competitive daily rate of £95-£105 via PAYE (holiday pay included). In addition to this, you can expect a range of benefits, including excellent career progression opportunities, weekly CPD sessions, and hands-on experience working alongside the SENDCo and supporting SEND students in 1:1 and group sessions.

Job Description:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant in Waltham Forest, you will join a dynamic team that is committed to providing high-quality education and care to SEND students. Your key responsibilities will include supporting SEND students in both 1:1 settings and small group sessions, adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of SEND learners, and collaborating closely with the SENDCo and Class Teachers in planning and delivering lessons.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant First-Class Degree from a top 20 UK university, a genuine passion for teaching and working with SEND children, and a determination to grow and develop skills as a SEND Teaching Assistant.
