Job Title: Healthcare Professional Day

About the Role:
The NHS is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Day worker. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients, working closely with our medical staff to ensure excellent health outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To assist medical personnel with the care of patients, including treatment, preventative care, screening, and patient education.
  • Monitor blood pressure, urine analysis, ECG measurements, weight monitoring, and provide lifestyle advice to patients as necessary.
  • Participate in administrative and professional responsibilities of the practice team, ensuring accurate and legible notes of all consultations and treatments are recorded in patient files.

Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Qualified to NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care.
  • Confident using PCs for record-keeping, emails, and internal communications.
  • Able to work in an inclusive and non-discriminatory way.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
