Our current salary offer for this position is £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
About the RoleYou will be responsible for monitoring critical network alerts and ensuring encrypted data is successfully transmitted within our infrastructure.
We require an Operations Analyst with a proven background in IT operations engineering, holding Active SC clearance.
- Experience of working within a Service Desk environment, Incident and Request Fulfilment process disciplines.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, any previous customer service experience.
- Familiar with similar shift patterns.
- Experience of Incident Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar.
- Monitoring experience.
- Experience of ITIL Service Management.
