School Cleaning Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional cleaning services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality cleaning services
- Build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery
- Conduct regular site cleaning audits to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements
- Support the recruitment and training of new employees, including site familiarisation and cleaning regime training
- Provide hands-on cleaning support across sites and respond to cleaning requests as required
- Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels, and make orders as necessary
- Contribute to and maintain good relationships with customer representatives on site
We are looking for a candidate with:
Proven experience as a Cleaning Services SupervisorAbility to build credible relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office suiteExperience of audits and working with ISO 9001, 14001, and QHSAS 18001 standardsAbility to listen to and motivate employeesProven record of being responsive and innovativeSelf-motivated with the ability to work flexibly as part of a teamStrong organisational skillsAbout UsTenon FM is a leading facilities management company with over 1,700 employees in the UK.
