School Cleaning Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional cleaning services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality cleaning services.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Support the recruitment and training of new employees, including site familiarisation and cleaning procedures.
- Provide hands-on cleaning support across sites and respond to cleaning requests as required.
- Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels, and make orders as necessary.
- Contribute to and maintain good relationships with customer representatives on site.
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Services Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Ability to build credible relationships and communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience of audits and working with ISO 9001, 14001, and QHSAS 18001 standards.
- Ability to listen to and motivate employees, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
