Hotel Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team at Leonardo Hotel Exeter. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and achieve guest satisfaction targets through effective use of guest feedback and surveys
- Work towards achieving Gold accreditation for the hotel through Green Tourism by reducing the hotel's carbon footprint
- Coach and support your management team to build the skills necessary to progress in their careers
- Regularly inspect facilities and rooms to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and brand standards
- Build relationships with the local community and business leaders
- Collaborate with the local HR team to host engaging activities for the team
- Get involved with company-wide projects to continue evolving the Leonardo Hotels brand
