Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team at Anderson Wright Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers in our showroom, providing product information and demonstrations
  • Arrange and book appointments for our team to conduct home/site visits to take measurements and provide quotations
  • Take phone calls from potential and existing customers, responding to their queries and concerns
  • Follow up on internet and email enquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Assist customers in selecting colours, styles, and products to meet their needs
  • Maintain a clean and tidy showroom at all times, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Perform general administrative duties, including quotations and other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of kitchen design and refurbishment principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
