About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant.
  • As a Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, providing exceptional customer service and showcasing our products and services.
  • You will be responsible for arranging appointments, taking calls, and following up on customer inquiries, as well as assisting with general administrative tasks.
  • This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays to cover sickness and additional holiday cover.
  • You will be working as part of a small team, helping out in all departments as business dictates.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • The successful candidate will have similar experience in a role with significant customer interaction, ideally in a showroom sales environment.
  • They will possess a friendly disposition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • A strong interest in home improvements and a willingness to learn about our products and services is essential.
  • The candidate must be able to work independently, often looking after the showroom on their own, and be confident in converting customer inquiries into leads or site visits.
  • They will also be IT proficient, able to use email, Word, Excel, and the Microsoft suite.
  • Excellent customer service skills and great customer-facing skills are a must.

About the Package

  • The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of up to £26,000 (subject to experience).
  • They will also be entitled to 28 days' holiday (including statutory days), free uniform, a pension scheme, and staff discounts.
  • This is a full-time, permanent position with Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd.
