Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team at Anderson Wright Consulting Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers in our showroom, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Show customers our range of kitchen products and services, including kitchen doors, worktops, and handles.
  • Arrange and book appointments for our team to carry out home/site visits to take measurements and provide quotations.
  • Take phone calls from potential and existing customers, providing them with information and support.
  • Follow up on internet and email enquiries, ensuring that all customers receive a prompt response.
  • Help customers choose colours, styles, and designs for their kitchen, providing them with expert advice and guidance.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean and tidy at all times, maintaining a high level of presentation and organization.
  • Carry out general administrative duties, including quotations and other administrative work as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the kitchen industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Knowledge of kitchen products and services, including kitchen doors, worktops, and handles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
