Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team at Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd in Prestwick, Ayrshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, showcasing our products and services, and providing expert advice on kitchen refurbishment options.
  • Arrange and book appointments for our team to conduct site visits and take measurements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, and follow up on internet and email enquiries.
  • Assist customers in selecting colours, styles, and materials for their kitchen refurbishment projects.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including quotations and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales role with significant customer interaction.
  • Ideally, previous showroom sales experience in the kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom sectors.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong interest in home improvements and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
  • Ability to work independently, often managing the showroom on your own.
  • Confidence in converting customer enquiries into leads or site visits.
  • Proficiency in using email, Word, Excel, and the Microsoft suite.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
