About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our specialist school in the B90 area. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity starting in December 2024.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide tailored support to individual students, helping them engage with the curriculum and achieve their potential. Your responsibilities will include working closely with teachers to implement learning plans, offering emotional support, and adapting materials to meet the unique needs of each child.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience working with children with additional needs, particularly in a 1:1 setting.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
  • Patient, empathetic, and positive attitude when working with children who require additional support.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
