">We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Client Care Advisor to join our team at Vets for Pets in Preston. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their pets.

- Manage the front-of-house operations, handling payments, bookings, and client queries with confidence.">
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and effective delivery of care.">
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.">
Requirements:
">To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
">Previous experience in a reception or similar role is desirable, but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
