Join Classic 10 Ltd as a Regional Business Development Manager and drive growth in the complex care sector. With a strong track record of delivering to targets, you will be responsible for opening doors and creating new relationships with funding organisations in your region.

The right candidate will have a proven experience in business development within the health care sector, with a strong understanding of complex care conditions such as SCI, brain injury, neuro degenerative diseases and/or learning disabilities. You will also need established links with funding authorities such as ICBs, NHS, Local Authorities and Case Managers.

This is a full-time role with a salary of £55,000 per annum plus up to £20k bonus per annum based on performance. You will work from home and manage your own diary, with regular travel to client meetings and head office.

You will be based somewhere in the South of England up to the Midlands for this role, which requires regular travel in the South of England. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base
  • Undertake prospecting calls to generate sales leads
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Construct and deliver sales proposals to secure new business
  • Attend sales meetings
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve business objectives
  • Lead on the mobilisation of new packages of care
