Job Summary:
Digna Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Investment Director to join our client's dynamic team in London. As a key member of the investment team, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data on potential real estate properties, leveraging proprietary technology to identify high-potential investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret data on potential real estate properties, leveraging proprietary technology to identify high-potential investment opportunities
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, including financial modelling, market research, and risk assessment
- Assist in the execution of transactions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient deal flow
- Monitor and manage the performance of the investment portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, lenders, and other industry partners
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in real estate investment
- Familiarity with real estate valuation methodologies and investment metrics
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- A passion for real estate and technology, with a desire to be at the forefront of innovation in the industry
