We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager to lead our security team at La Fosse. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our security strategy, ensuring the protection of our data, employees, volunteers, and the individuals we support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy aligned with our organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services.
- Collaborate with our CISO to ensure the effective implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of security best practices.
- Work closely with our Microsoft house team to leverage our investment in innovative technology and ensure seamless integration with our security stack.
- Proven experience in a senior security leadership role, with a strong track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of security professionals.
- Strong technical knowledge of security technologies, including the Microsoft/M365 security stack.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
