Job SummaryWe're looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at The Works. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers find the perfect products to suit their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers
- Process transactions and handle customer payments
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, including displaying products and creating eye-catching displays
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
