About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Store Assistant. As an ambassador for Cancer Research UK, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working as part of a team to achieve sales and fundraising targets, and maintaining high standards of shop presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and supporters
  • Work collaboratively with the shop team to achieve sales and fundraising targets
  • Maintain high standards of shop presentation, including visual merchandising and health and safety
  • Build relationships with local community groups and Cancer Research UK colleagues
  • Support fundraising events and activities in-store

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work well in a team. Experience in a retail environment is desirable, but not essential. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
