Join Our Team as a Learning Assistant Trainee

We are seeking experienced and trainee practitioners who share our passion for making a difference in the lives of children with autism.

As a member of our class team, you will support students with autism and associated learning difficulties, delivering excellent teaching underpinned by Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)/Verbal Behaviour (VB) principles.

Our ideal candidate is a dedicated, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who is committed to empowering young adults with autism to lead lives full of choice and opportunity.

We are looking for trainee mentors who will work in our post-19 hubs, supporting students with autism and associated learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent teaching underpinned by ABA/VB principles
  • Support students with autism and associated learning difficulties
  • Work as a member of a class team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans
