Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Team Leader for Dispensary Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the dispensary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality medicines management services, and contributing to the development of our pharmacy services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the dispensary team, including supervising staff, organizing rotas, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of medicines management services.
  • Contribute to the development of our pharmacy services, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve our organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • BTEC Level 4 in dispensing accuracy checking or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of managing a team and developing policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
