Job Overview

Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Offer stimulation and motivation through conversation and social activity.
  • Support individuals with health care appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with autism, mental health, and challenging behaviours.
  • Passion for supporting individuals in their day-to-day lives, promoting independence.
  • Patience, care, and understanding.
  • Ability to set clear boundaries.
