Senior Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Support Worker. As a Senior Support Worker, you will work with service users to help them live a fulfilled and happy life, whilst living as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management in the daily running of a specialist complex service that contains 4 self-contained separate flats.
- Act as a role model for excellent practice and be the senior contact for the team in the absence of the Manager.
- Carry out support worker activities to a high standard and contribute to a culture of open information, communication and constructive feedback with colleagues and management team.
