Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Professional to join our team as an ASD Support Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with our teaching staff to provide individualized support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with ASD in the classroom and during extracurricular activities
  • Assist students with daily living skills, such as personal care and organization
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to create a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless support

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a 2:1 Psychology-based Degree from a UK Top 30 University
  • Experience working with ASD or other Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Resilience and enthusiasm in a fast-paced learning environment
