Autism Support Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Autism Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to gain valuable experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with ASD in and outside of the classroom
  • Assist teachers in developing and implementing individualized education plans
  • Support students with daily living skills, such as organization and time management
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a 2:1 Psychology-based Degree from a UK Top 30 University
  • Experience working with ASD or other Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential
  • Resilience, enthusiasm, and subject knowledge that can be applied to the role
What We Offer:
  • A competitive daily rate of £96 (inclusive of Holiday Pay)
  • Paid via PAYE on a weekly basis
