This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong ability to communicate, manage diverse activities, and oversee the agricultural enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the farm, including crop management, livestock care, and machinery maintenance.
- Oversee the management of rental properties and woodlands, ensuring they are well-maintained and generating revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve farm efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and ensure the smooth operation of the farm.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Current driving license.
- Management experience in a similar role.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Experience and certification in machinery operation.
