We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Health Staff Nurse to join our team at HCRG Care Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the health and wellbeing of school-age children and young people, working in partnership with families, schools, and other agencies to reduce inequalities and improve outcomes.
Main Accountabilities:- To identify and assess the health needs of children and young people, developing targeted interventions to address these needs.
- To work closely with the Specialist School Nurse to ensure that our services are effective and meet the needs of our clients, contributing to the development of the School Nursing Service in your defined locality.
- To deliver a high-quality service that is responsive to the needs of children, young people, and their families, working collaboratively with other professionals to achieve better outcomes.
- To promote healthy lifestyles and behaviors among school-age children and young people, working in partnership with schools and other agencies to promote health and wellbeing.
