We are recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools around Southampton. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising classes, supporting students' learning and maintaining high standards of behaviour. This is an excellent stepping stone for those looking to pursue a career in education and aspire to become teachers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a productive learning environment.
- Supervise work set by subject teachers.
- Develop positive working relationships with students.
- Demonstrate commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of students.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills and attention to detail. We offer a competitive pay rate of £100-£120 and opportunities for direct teacher training.
