Secondary School Behaviour Coordinator

About the Role: As a Pastoral Support at U-Educate, you will play a vital role in supporting the senior leadership team to manage student behaviour in secondary schools. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive the best possible care and support.
Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include working in an internal isolation unit, providing support to classroom teachers, and engaging with students to build positive relationships. You will also be expected to contribute to school-wide knowledge and skills in behaviour management.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills, as well as the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. You should also have a high-level understanding of behaviour management strategies and be able to implement them effectively.
Salary Range: £25,000 - £32,000 per year, dependent on experience.
