Job Title: Engineering Manager - Heavy Industry

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our heavy industry team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and overseeing the development of standard products and specific designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new technologies and products to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Process Development Manager to conduct trials and validate equipment performance.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including manuals, drawings, and test schedules.
  • Supervise control panel design and optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards and review/update standard specifications.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate with HR to recruit staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
Requirements:
  • HNC/HND or higher in an engineering discipline and management experience.
  • Competent in reading/reviewing engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Experience in design and fabrication of machinery/equipment.
