Job Opportunity for Freelance Interpreters

We are seeking experienced freelance interpreters to work with our team at Language Empire. As a freelance interpreter, you will have the opportunity to work with various clients across the UK, including the NHS, Local Authorities, Police, and other public and private organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting for clients in various settings, including face-to-face, telephone, and video conferencing
  • Translating written materials and documents
  • Providing consecutive and public service interpreting
  • Liaising between service users and providers

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and another language
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Aged 21 or over
  • Formal qualifications in interpreting or translation, such as DPSI, Community Interpreting, or a degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages
