Maidstone Special Needs Educator

As a SEN Teaching Assistant with Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in Maidstone, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role involves delivering personalized support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
About the Opportunity:- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to create tailored learning plans for students with SEN.
- Provide emotional support to students, helping them to manage stress and anxiety.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable but not essential).
- Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions, including adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning styles.
- A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the school community.
The salary for this position is approximately £94-102 per day, depending on experience. This is a full-time, long-term role with the possibility of converting to a permanent position.
