Education Assistant

This Teaching Assistant position is based at our site in Maidstone and involves working closely with our experienced teaching staff to provide high-quality education and care for our students. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of our students with diverse needs.
- You will work closely with teachers to implement lesson plans, address behavioral issues, and deliver targeted interventions for students with special educational needs.
- Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents/carers.
- With a focus on student-centered learning, you will help create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic achievement and personal growth.
