About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at New City College. As a key member of our estates service, you will be responsible for the operational management and strategic development of all estates and facilities related services at our Epping Campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop all estates and facilities related services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Lead on capital investment in the physical estate, including adaptation, alteration, refurbishment, and improvement projects.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver exceptional value and customer service to the college community.
  • Develop and deliver capital programmes on time and to budget, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the estates service team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level or equivalent, with relevant professional qualifications.
  • Extensive experience in the management of all aspects of hard and facilities services and health and safety.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes and exceptional value to customers.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
