Job Summary: As a Referral Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the external referral process, including booking appointments, providing patients with referral forms, closing referrals quarterly, and verifying outside appointments. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage external referrals from start to finish.
  2. Coordinate appointments with outside offices and verify patient information.
  3. Schedule authorizations and coordinate procedures.
  4. Work closely with clinical affiliates to facilitate referrals for surgery and other procedures.

Requirements:
  1. High School/GED with 1-3 years of experience in a related field or equivalent required.
  2. Medical Office experience preferred.
  3. Excellent customer service skills and computer proficiency required.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
