Special Needs Education Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at We Manage Jobs. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and social development of our primary-aged pupils.
About the Role:
- Lead and cover classes following planning provided by class teachers
- Support pupils with complex learning needs, such as ASD and Autism
- Work intensively with pupils who need substantial support with both learning and social development
- Develop inclusive approaches to enable children to participate in class life
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with complex learning needs, be committed to developing academic and social skills in children, and have a passion for making a positive impact on their lives.

Salary and Benefits:
This is a fixed-term position until 31 August 2025 due to funding, with 30 hours per week, term-time only. The hourly rate is £26 per hour (£22,204-£25,821 per annum). A DBS check and fluent spoken English are essential requirements for this role.
