MEP Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Manager to join our team at R W Armstrong & Sons Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage MEP projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, and contribute to the development of the team's skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including project management tools and construction software.
