About the Role

Kier Group is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our internal MEP self-delivery business in the southern region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of MEP projects from initial bid stage to completion.

The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director and be based in Basingstoke, with the opportunity to work on-site as the projects progress. Our MEP business works closely with the Kier Build team to deliver turnkey M&E solutions across a wide range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project delivery from initial bid stage to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Meet company objectives post-contract, focusing on customer satisfaction and business excellence.
  • Contribute to pre-contract requirements, prioritizing customer care and business growth.
  • Report on project performance and finance to the Operations Director, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of MEP systems.
  • Commercially and contractually aware, with the ability to lead a team and drive projects forward.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and the supply chain.
