Job Overview

Kier Group is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our internal MEP self-delivery business in the southern region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing two new projects in our Southern Region, working closely with the Kier Build team to deliver turnkey M&E solutions across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project delivery from initial bid stage to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Meet company objectives post-contract, focusing on customer satisfaction and business excellence.
  • Contribute to pre-contract requirements, emphasizing customer care and business excellence.
  • Report on project performance and finance to the Operations Director.
Requirements
  • Previous project management experience within the construction industry.
  • A sound knowledge and technical understanding of MEP systems.
  • Commercially and contractually aware.
  • The ability to lead a team and drive a project forward.
