Job Description

We are seeking a Psychosis Prevention Coordinator to join our Early Intervention Team in St Johns Unit, Widnes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the care of service users with psychosis, conducting assessments, and developing risk management plans.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, service users, and their families to ensure that care plans are developed and implemented effectively. A strong understanding of the Care Programme Approach (CPA) and Safeguarding Children and Adults procedures is essential.

A degree-level qualification in a relevant field, combined with experience in working with individuals with complex mental health needs, is required for this role. Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, are also essential.
