The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our roofing and waterproofing solutions to new build clients, including architects, main contractors, and local authorities.
Key Responsibilities- Field Sales: Promote our roofing and waterproofing solutions to new build clients, including architects, main contractors, and local authorities.
- Winning Specifications: Work with architects, local authorities, building surveyors, and building owners to win specifications for our roofing and waterproofing solutions.
- Dealing with Main Contractors: Work with main contractors, approved roofing contractors, and architectural practices to promote our roofing and waterproofing solutions.
- Project Management: Inherit a significant project bank and work to achieve next year's sales target.
- Proven track record of field sales within the roofing industry, ideally with experience in flat roofing.
- Technical knowledge of roofing and waterproofing solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and self-driven with a keen ambition to succeed and progress.
