About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Services Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our suppliers and delivery providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our sales and exports teams to ensure seamless delivery and service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, suppliers, and delivery providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
