As a Trade Quality Services Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing dispensing equipment to ensure a seamless drinking experience for our customers. This will involve working closely with our cellar teams to ensure that all equipment is properly installed, maintained, and serviced to meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and remove dispensing equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality
  • Collaborate with cellar teams to ensure seamless equipment installation and maintenance
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with regulations and codes of practice
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our pub teams and product partners
