Safety and Environment Manager

As a Safety, Health, and Environment Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the site operates in a safe and sustainable manner, complying with UK legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a site-specific SHE improvement plan
- Monitor and advise on SHE risks and hazards across the site
- Ensure the site is legally compliant with all SHE legislation
- Manage training plans and emergency arrangements
- Implement and maintain the SHE management system
Requirements:
- 5 years of SHE experience in FMCG manufacturing
- NEBOSH level 6 Diploma or equivalent
- Proven record of success in SHE with strong understanding of operations, engineering, distribution, and supply chain
