We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Junior Mechanical Building Services Engineer at Premier Engineering in High Wycombe.
About the Role:- Assist senior engineers in designing, installing, and maintaining mechanical services (HVAC, plumbing, heating, ventilation, etc.) in various building projects.
- Support in preparing technical drawings, specifications, and reports using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Conduct site visits to monitor and inspect mechanical installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform load calculations and assist in selecting equipment such as boilers, chillers, and pumps.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of building regulations and industry standards (e.g., CIBSE, ASHRAE).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the building services industry.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit (desirable but not essential – training can be provided).
