Barista Maestro Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts to support colleagues in delivering outstanding experiences
  • Develop and utilise the talents of team members to maximise sales
  • Train and accredit new Baristas to ensure high standards
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share knowledge with the team
  • Drive high standards in every aspect of the store, from quality to customer satisfaction
